Gerrund he/him Posted July 30, 2015 Posted July 30, 2015 Hello everyone! My name is Gerrund, and I've been slowly devouring as many Brandon Sanderson books as I can get my hands on. I'm 24, and training to become a teacher. The first book of his that I read was actually Steelheart. A student I work with asked me if I had read it, which prompted me to pick it up. After that, I went through the Mistborn novels, Elantris, Warbreaker, The Emperor's Soul, and now the Stormlight Archives. I've gotten several friends interested in his books, but I haven't been able to convince my boyfriend to give them a try. I'll keep trying, though! I just wanted to introduce myself a little bit. 2

Gerrund he/him Posted July 30, 2015 Author Posted July 30, 2015 Oh geez...favorite book... I think I'd have to go with Mistborn. That book really hooked me into his writing style, although Alloy of Law is a close second with its ingenious use of Allomancy. I'm currently reading Word of Radiance, and the Stormlight Archive books are amazing. 1
