Hello mashed potatoes stuck in time rifts

I'm in the sme predicament! No, joking aside, I'm just a guy wanting to learn the craft of writing, though it's not going as good as it could, sadly. I rarely get any ideas for whatever reason. Not that they are not good or anything. Just rarely any ideas. I used to get them more, when I was younger, about four years ago, when I was 17 for example. I have a dream, and that is to become an author. I understand that I have to write, and just go at it, to be fulfil this dream, but it's hard. It's hard to get the ideas, it's hard to get the motivation. My biggest dream is, I'm pretty sure, to write an epic tale about a specific character who I came up with back when I was six years ago. I want this story to be an emotional, epic journey that tackles many broad themes. It would be science fiction, it would be fantasy, it would be science fantasy, and would be galaxy-spanning. The story will revolve around my character, Thunderbrave. You can see an upclose image of my character's face below. I hope that I will be able to find answers to most of my questions and problems in this forum, and that I will be able to build a world for this individual and his alien species, with your help. Stay creative everyone! I'm happy to be among talented people.
