Are they completely useless, Allomancy-wise, or can they still "see" metal lines? Not talking about Hemalurgy here.

No, they're not useless. They can still "see" the lines, just like Inquisitors (though not necessarily as well, unless they get all savanty or the like).

Cool tnx, but reading it just brought out more questions which Brandon didn't really answer, like what would blind Augurs/Seers/Oracles see if at all.

If you want to look into it, I'm sure there's some stuff on the internet about the dreams the blind have. This was at the top when I googled.

Recall that Augers appear to do more than just "see" when they burn gold: they also seem to get very strong impressions of character, disposition, emotions, etc.

True, but what about Atium? I picture in my head a blind Seer whose body acts instinctively on its own to thwart attacks without actually seeing anything. kinda like The Force in Star Wars. Sounds cool, but not necessarily true.

Just go all Daredevil on it, then. Hyper-awareness of relative spatial location based on sounds, vibrations, etc. Once again, a study of how the blind perceive and interact with the world would not be amiss.

Yes, and Vin had future-sight like the Oracle of Delphi.

Atium increases the ability of its user to process the information it provides, so I can easily see it latching onto the hearing of a blind Seer and giving a temporary boost in their ability to process the "sounds" of the future.

EDIT: Took out the Oracle of Delphi comment: while clever, it has no meaning and could be construed as dismissive. Sorry :(

Has it been said that Atium shades produce sounds? Because I'm pretty sure they don't.

They dobt for someone who can see, but who knows what they do if you can't. Atium allows you to know the future and enhances you such that you can respond, atium shadows is what most people see but blind people will still receive the input, just through their other senses
