Turos Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 (edited) To the tune of "You Give Love a Bad Name" by Bon Jovi. All credit to said artist. Spiked through the heart and ten spikes moreYou give living a bad nameI lose my grip as you play your gameYou give me a bad name(Bad name)Spiked through the heart and I'm OK?You give shards a bad name(Bad name)I play my part and you play your gameYou give god a bad name(Bad name)You give meYou give me(Bad name)You give me oh oh oh oh ohYou give me(Bad name)You give meYou give me(Bad name)You give meYou give me Edited June 4, 2015 by Turos 7
mail-mi he/him Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 There is a thread for that: http://www.17thshard.com/forum/topic/24115-17th-shard-the-song-shake-it-off/ Though it's awesome.
Turos Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 Oh hey! Glad no one beat me to this song, then. xD
Anarkitty she/her Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Odd fact: Bon Jovi actually had two songs which used that particular phrase. The one you're referencing is called "You Give Love a Bad Name." "Shot Through the Heart" is an earlier song which appeared on their self-titled debut album. In any case, fun re-write. :-)
