Red Ferring he/him
It was mentioned in HoA on one of the steel plates of a storage cache that many rioters/soothers could work together to pull/push on a kandra/koloss to break through their barrier and take control of them. But who then gets the actual control? I would think it unlikely that they'd all share control as that would make it really complicated and what if 2 people gave conflicting commands? Are there any WoBs on the subject? If not, someone needs to ask him
Kobold King he/him
Ever hear about Twitch Plays Pokemon? I think it'd be a lot like that. The more people controlling our lovable koloss protagonist, the more chaotic it'd all be.
Guest
HoA Spoilers: We know from when Elend took the Koloss from the Inquisitor that only one person can have control at a time, and we also know that Allomantic power has a large effect on takng control. In addition, based on HoA's initial Koloss fight I think that a controlled Koloss is harder to gain control of than a freerange Koloss. Based on that, I think the strongest in the Rioter/Soother group would get control. Maybe a random distribution among the top 4 in power if a large group was working together. Oudeis he/him
It could be the last one to leave? Maybe if a bunch of them work together to break down the wall, they're all "in its mind", perhaps fighting for control while their metal reserves last, but then if the rest drop out and one guy is left, he's in control. This is just speculation. To answer your question from before, no WoB that I know of addresses this.
