Iwasforger03 Posted April 21, 2015 Report Share Posted April 21, 2015 I need some help. I recently reread Elantris, and now I have this annoying thought rattling around in my head. I can't seem to find the answer. So, on Sel, there is the cult of the Jeskeri Mysteries right? And Wasn't there a religion called the Mysteries, or even the Jeskeri Mysteries, on Roshar as well? I seriously seem to remember reading references to that multiple times in Way of Kings and Words of Radiance, but I can't find the blasted things because I'm dealing with 2000 pages and it's gonna take me forever to reread them. The only instances of the word "mysteries" is: Way of Kings chapter 44: Yet, to become a stormwarden…They studied the highstorms, predicted them—yes—but learned about them and their mysteries. They studied the winds themselves. Way of Kings chapter 60 “Dalinar, you might just have cracked one of the most perplexing—and ancient— mysteries of all time.” Words of Radiance chapter fifteen epigraph: Workform worn for strength and care. Whispering spren breathe at your ear. Seek first this form, its mysteries to bear. Found here is freedom from fear.
