I have the same error on Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.  I'm currently using Internet Explorer, because the site won't open up in Chrome at all.

I have the same error message when I try to open the page. Also, not sure if this is what the IP address is, but [redacted]. I think that's the IP address.

Excellent. Thank you everyone. I am pretty sure I know how to fix this. I will let you know when I have potentially fixed it and you can tell me how it goes.

I am very sorry for the technical difficulties; it is new ground for me.

I may have resolved it, though DNS may need to propagate. I am just disabling IPv6 support, because I believe that's the problem.

As I said, it may need to propagate to fix the issue, which takes time. And I may not have actually solved it anyway.
