Hello, I have joined

[WhimsyIsTheBestShard]

I've read all of the cosmere, except white sands and Elsecaller. Whimsy, is clearly the best shard. (Whimsy-Odium hybrid shard would be the best). I absolutely love Sanderson's stuff and want to be able to finally discuss the intricacies of all the books. (Does anyone know a way to get a hold of Elsecaller?)

May I ask why you think Whimsy is the best Shard? I don't know much about them

My favorite book? Probably Stormlight 5 but they are all so good

Favorite series? Stormlight, but it's really close with Mistborn

Favorite magic system? Aethers, no question. It's complicated while still being easy to understand, as opposed to bondsmithing or something we know basically nothing about.

It is on the dragonsteel website page, along with King Lopen.
But others have already said that, so I'll get into the good stuff.

This is the shard, the super fun place where book nerds come to nerd with fellow book nerds. I for one, am a dual book nerd, where I nerd 2 book series instead of just the cosmere. But that is for another place another time.

I would have to say the Edgedancer oaths, since we don't really know the oaths for that many, and they definitely resonate with me. Other than that, I'd have to pick Lightweavers

I would have to go Elantrian, considering they can replicate many other things, and they are pretty cool

If I understand your question correctly, I think probably both. I am definitely going to participate in some theorizing and such, and I already joined an SE.

Hello and welcome to the Shard! Always lovely to meet another Wimsy fan. In addition I got my copy of Elsecaller from a Dragonsteeel stand at a ComiCom but personally I think it's cool and has some interesting bits, isn't absolutely necessary for enjoyment. 

And @Conure1243, nobody knows about the Whimsy. Nobody expects the Whimsy.
