How to get the Liar of Partinel?

Helloooooo, I’ve read almost all the books by Brandon Sanderson regarding the cosmere. I just finished Aether of Night and I really want to read the Liar of Partinel which is supposedly about the shattering of adonalsium and about Hoid/Wit/Cephandrius/etc. (He has so many names…). Anyway, does anyone know how/where you can get the Liar of Partinel?
