West chuckles, A lighthearted sound. "No problem. Aesthetic does that ALL the time. No need to apologize. Umm... Do you mind not telling anyone about Completion?"

Coder walks back in, again. "What's going on here?"

"They're having a moment!"

Coil laughs lightly too. “Of course I won’t. I promise.” She turns a little somber. “D-do you mind not telling anyone about my past? I haven’t really told anyone… Star knows a bit, but not everything…” 

Flicker flares out her pattern. “They’re holding hands and sharing secrets. It’s great! They kicked me out before I could hear too much though… I guess I shouldn’t have revealed myself.” 
Ryil comes over. “Hi,” he says. “I see you have been manipulating Coil, Flicker. Or at least been playing matchmaker.”

"Coil, I won't tell anyone, it's not my information to share."

He pauses, then adds meekly, "I didn't know you liked me like I like you."

Coil smiled. “I didn’t know you liked me like I liked you!” Then, after a moment, she asked, “What can we do so that I don’t get burned by you? Is there something I can do? I mean the bandages work, but it’s not a permanent solution.”

West thinks. "I mean, I'm made entirely of plasma... so it would just need to cool down really quickly to stop burning anything, or be covered in an insulator. Wood, glass, plastic, stone..."

"Hmm..." Coil says, thinking. "I'll have to see what Star has, but for now I guess the bandages work." She tightens her grip on West's hand a bit as if to emphasize her point.

"Yeah, I guess. I wish I didn't need it to not hurt you..." He looks down. Storming plasma body.

"It's okay," Coil says. "It's not your fault. I... have things that happen that are out of my control too. You just... have to let it go."

Hey Ketek, what do you think will happen if you and @CoderDrag0n8 combine Bondsmithing and Conduction?

Uhhh... Why?

If we can get the outside of my body to cool down a lot, I'll be able to be with Coil without risking a burn!

"Well yeah, Truthbonding can do pretty much anything. It bonds things to reality, to Truth. That means you can make a lightweaving, and then Truthbond it. This has a large amount of applications, especially the more efficient you are at lightweaving. With enough practice, it can do pretty much anything." Coder smiles. "I think you can even truthbond a lightweaving of empty space. With enough practice, you don't even need any lightweavings and can just go straight to the truthbonding, truthbonding already in action practices, or truthbonding a surge from nothing."

"It did on this thing." Ketek holds up the stone sphere. While West is distracted he presses his palm on West's arm and sucks the heat from the surrounding air.

"Gah!" West shivers. "A bit of warning?"

"Sorry. @CoderDrag0n8, a bit of help?"

"Sure!" Coder says, truthbonding the reaction. "I have to do it a bit slower on sentient things, cause changing the definition of what is and isn't true can do some messy stuff to the investiture making up consciousness. But don't worry, I have it under control."

"I do. Have it under control, that is. Just giving an explanation for why it might take a little bit. Unless you want me to speed it up...?" Coder asks, moving in to touch West, using his eyes to ask for permission.

"Hmmm alright. Well," Coder says, patting West on the head. As soon as Coder comes in contact with West, west feels a connection to... something. The process keeping him here. "I'll be on my way. See ya later! The bond might take a bit to keep going, but it should keep you safe."

West shudders, but realizes his feet don't leave small marks on the floor anymore. He then jogs back to Coil. 

"Coil! Guess what? It worked! I won't burn you anymore!"
