Frustration Posted March 25 Posted March 25 Hey I sent a request for my PII that the shard has almost a month ago and haven't heard back. I know that the staff is all volunteer here, and I'm not in a huge hurry. I just wanted to know what the timeline for these sorts of things are. 1
