Well, considering that it doesn't exist yet, neither

My opinion involving theories:

Spoiler

Both, considering the eventual collapse of traditional Vorin beliefs by continued pressure from other nations, and Dalinar learning to write, and Jasnah's beliefs (or lack thereof) in the Vorin church. Which will happen before typewriters (or a similar equivalent) would be invented.

Why do you assume typing requires two hands? Sure if you want to be efficient and stuff, but when did Rosharan cultural take that into account?

Answer, gloves are already acceptable for various feminine tasks. There's nothing that absolutely requires keyboards to be two handed. Efficiency isn't even at the top of our current layout choice considering how heavily QWERTY outnumbers Dvorak. If the convention is still present, they would bend the design of the keyboard to fit. This by itself wouldn't be enough reason for a break from the tradition.

Considering the whole male/female "activity" distinction was designed by the Vorin church as part of a way to solidify their control over Vorin society, I don't know if - when Roshar advances technologically enough to make typing a likely activity - there even would be such a distinction. Bear in mind not only does Jasnah lead the majority of what is left of Vorin culture in Urithiru (from what we know) and in Azimir there's already been blurring of the lines between men and women in terms of what are acceptable activities - and even before then, Dalinar attempting to drive cultural change by learning how to read.

But, probably feminine, if the concepts still exist. In principle it's just writing but with an extra step.
