One of the theories is that Duraluminum is actually copper’s linked metal, not aluminum, and so aluminum isn’t actually an allomantic metal, it’s all just the placebo effect of people thinking it should do something. They second guess themselves into losing their metal reserves

If you want a better explanation, I can do that. There’s some stuff with how I think aluminum reacts to burning.

Thanks for the advice, even if some of it doesn’t make sense right now. Yeah, there’s a lot of spoilers here, mostly on accident. The disagreement is fair, I can get why you wouldn’t like some of my views. As for the memes thread, I may already be stuck. Also, what do you mean by S.E.? I don’t know of anything that could be an acronym for off the top of my head.
