yes, but at higher levels you could get it to very wide area of slow/speed.

I can make everything but me go faster/slower and I can make a bublle of up to 5ft of "Normal Speed", right?

Also my name is now Scrar. The second r is silent but still used in the spelling of the name.

Spren name: Nickname Scrar uses: Moxx. Real name: Vhellemox. (Pronounced Veh-leh-mox)

Main weapon: Banjo. Can make a cool song and can fight with her Indestructable Banjo that was made as a commision from a metalworker. Has beaten up a robber with one before. Can also use bow & arrow, daggers, along with a sword but what's the fun in those?.Absolute master at hitting people with books too; has her own style for every of the above. Banjo; Stringsong. Archery; Sharptoss. Dagger; Scraring It. Sword; Sheathin' (strict difference from sheathing.). 

Personality: Loves playing songs on banjo. Has a guitar but only uses it to play songs when necessary. Usually very sharp and charming. Hard to annoy. Willing to harm at will, however. Not too overly reliant on her powers, and prefers to hide them in case things go bad. Loves messing around and is the perfect match for Moxx. 

Moxx Personality (feel free to ignore, @Belandrius Ohhmar, but please don't I spent time on this): Chaos maker and essentially the voice inside your head telling you to do the worst things ever. While Scrar listens to Moxx a lot, she has her limits that Moxx (sometimes) respects. When not being her summonable Banjo, he's often hanging out trying to cause chaos on Scrar's shoulder.

Most times you will be on (Mountian time please): I'm one hour behind MST. Will be on a lot maybe, but not on Oct 3rd-the morning of the monday after that.

If the spren name types for Chaos Spren aren't what I choose, I'll make a different one.

Edit: I'm pretty sure Vhellemox is a pretty chaotic name, no?

Don't think you can really fly with either tbh.

The wind needed to lift you off the ground would be very strong. And Gesti, as I understand it, is like, feruchemical speed, not control over vectors and velocity (It really should be the later Bel Oh  please let me do physics).

no it says control over wind

I doubt it's as fine control as just straight up airbending.

You can control like the direction and strength of the wind, generate gusts, tornadoes, but probably not like air scooters.

@Belandrius Ohhmar also, if you want me to, I can make up the type of oaths and physicality of the spren if you want. Like, Lightweavers are truth oriented with their oaths and how Honorspren are only a bit physical and can't really hold stuff.
