Nohadon's identity confirmed?

When Starling meets with Wit, he tells the story of Nohadon creating the ten heralds. This confirms Nohadon was Tanavast all along doesn't it? Not sure if this was previously confirmed or merely speculated.

Hoid didn't say that, he said "This is the story of Nohadon andhow he saved Roshar" and then said "The gods imbued ten warriors with power beyond what almost any soldier has known".  At no point did Hoid say Nohadon create the Heralds.

Based on what you've said, I'm not sure if you've read Wind and Truth, so I'll spoiler this for you just in case.

Tanavast went against the Intent of the Shard Honor too many times, with the Shard itself abandoning him after he made an Oath to Ba-Ado-Mishram to make peace, only to break it due to another oath to Odium, to make him agree to the Contest of Champions and not destroy Roshar, with Tanavast needing to betray and trap BAM in a gem and in the Spiritual Realm.

This act caused Honor to leave Tanavast, and Odium used this opportunity to kill him, but due to his refusal to attack back and risk destroying Roshar, Honor itself allowed a piece of Tanavast to live on as the Stormfather.

So technically, Nohadon can't be Tanavast, especially since we see his whole story from right after the Shattering to his death, and at no point was it said that he was Nohadon.

Also, it doesn't make sense thematically. WaT was all about moving away from blind honor and nothing else. I could see him as Valor or something, but I don't think Nohadon is Honor.
