I've been in scouts like a year

I'm gonna be the first eagle scout to never have gone on a single campout *nodding emoji*

(I would go on campouts I'm just SO BUSY that I don't have much time)

BSA was rebranded as Scouting America, which is a separate entity from Girl Scouts

No, they just had a lawsuit (GS sued SA for being rebranded to 'scouts' because they too are also scouts)

cub scouts is like if you want to be in Scouting America, but ur too young an u don't know what the rust is going on

Scouting America is the overall branching organisation which includes Scouts BSA (ages 11-18), Cub Scouts (ages 5-10), Venturing (ages 14-21), Sea Scouts (Scouts BSA but on a boat), and STEM Scouts (also like Scouts BSA but with different stuff). Girl Scouts of America (I think that's what it's called) is a separate organisation.

don't quote me on this, but I think for girl scouts the activities vary widely by troop. Some of them choose to go the route of camping and outdoorsy stuff, while others focus on like selling cookies and crafting

Yeah, we have a bajillion badges to work on, and for the younger ages, like Daisy to Junior, the troop leader mostly chooses everything, but starting from Cadette you can pick your own badges. None of use chose anything related to scouting this year, but we still went camping, so idk
