Future-sight preemption (re: Valor/Nightblood)

Suppose that Valor foresaw that one day, Hoid would ask for her help dealing with Retribution. Let's say this was quite a long time ago, when she foresaw this. So she goes to Endowment with a request for help, Endowment fulfills the request as her role in the forging of Nightblood. From Valor's POV, then, she's already helped Hoid preemptively, so Hoid would just get a little reveal about that when he finds her, but not her willing to go to Roshar after Retribution's Ascension. She'll be like, "I knew you'd ask for help, so I did this, if that's not enough well I don't have anything more to give you at this point."

(So I'm guessing, if just for this theory, that Nightblood has some of Ruin, some of Endowment, and some of Valor in it.)
