I have no coding experience except on Gamemaker and minimal python, so I'm probably no help. But I would love to help in any way I can with storyline etc. 

I am a published author, so maybe I can help in that way?

Well, I'm currently writing a novel, but I've had two short stories published after getting third in a writing competition 2 years in a row. I guess that's probably not what you were thinking, but hey, it still counts. 
My novel that I'm working on, that's going to be big (I hope).

I've done some Gamemaker

and I am experienced enough in HTML/CSS/JavaScript to have made a website (can't give it to you for personal reasons)
