It was the first constitution but it was quite flawed and got chucked out. Still an important historical milestone though it was sort of the prototype to our current constitution. Also our teacher got us to remember it because uhhhh... when you abbreviate F.O.C and say it out loud it sounds like... and then the man who wrote it's last name was...
Anyways so she got us to remember it by saying blank wrote the blank lol
