Well... that would work... but i was hoping for more of a 'its a dragon' or 'its not a dragon' but that works too.

no. Like, I point it at someone, and its like [dragon] or [not a dragon]. preferably with a telescope type addition so I can tell from a distance. Im a dragon, so that wouldn't work

Also, why would you want something like this? You don't have any reason to suspect that someone can hide from dragonsight, I smell metagaming
