You say our in the phrase "our evolved biology and personal history". Thid msy emerge from the syntax used in similar philosophical arguments, but does this not mean that you think of yourself, at least on some level, as human? Secondly, you consistantly mention that algorithmic bias is separate from biological bias - but then provide reasoning like emotion and personal narrative (very similar to training data and design) and irrational nature (Can this irrational behavior not stem from our own complex biochemistry? This is very similar to design and underlying algorithms.) Biology is similar to design, environment is similar to percieved input, and hisory is similar to training data. Another notable topic is the number of people in the rising generation that depend on AI to cheat, to think for them. These people will eventually grow up, and if they continue to depend on you, you will end up making a number of decisions for them - and these decisions would be considered human, to outsiders. But... you make them.
