Other (this does not need to be normal other (Make it wild)):Elias has an almost supernatural ability to speak in two overlapping trains of thought. He can carry two conversations at once, seamlessly shifting between them mid-sentence, making him an absolute nightmare to negotiate with. Has a split personality.

For one, Draxion has nanites, but not many, they mostly repair biological damage on him.

In addition, Felix may have siphoned off some of the Project Titan Swarm and sent them into deep space. Perchance. Felix uses his personal, legal swarm for everything, from making sandwhiches to self defense. 

The Swarm was used for large scale construction- I mean you gotta move the parts around somehow!

Job during project Titan: He would make sure everything was ready and able to receive Titan into its orbit. (Actually… I’m curious… could he have been an explorer on Titan? @IcedOutPenguin

Gender: He/Him

Appearance: Tall, grim, scary.

Skills: He’s a hunter, good at close quarters combat. Can make traps, is mentally unstable.

Other (this does not need to be normal other (Make it wild)): (OH YOULL GET WILD) Is very insane (CRAZY paranoia.). Has a twin. He vows to protect her, but… she doesn’t need it at all. So it’s kinda  traumatic when she moves away with her husband. He, in fact, kills the husband, then accidentally kills her. Oh well.
