How to Kill a Dragon

Welcome dragonslayers! you are going to be going on a wild adventure to fulfill your goal of slaying a dragon!

  • Personality: Boasting, greedy, ye

  • description: a young man (mid 20s), not particularly muscular or skinny. 
  • motivation: his culture greatly values courage and valor. Thus, he figured slaying a dragon would be a good way to prove his.

  • Personality: quiet, reserved, non-confrontational. 
  • Misc: none, might add some more as i flesh out his backstory further.
• Name: Qallari @BlueWildRye
  • Gender: F
  • Description: 5 ft, darker skin, braided black hair. In her early 20s, perhaps/ Typically wears a thick woolen cape alongside a metal breastplate and helmet.
  • Motivation: Qallari wants to prove herself to her family by slaying a great beast... such as a dragon.
  • Preferred weapon: Huaraca (large sling capable of throwing stones with great force and velocity). Also uses a steel mace.
  • Personality: Terse, serious, easily annoyed. Surprisingly naïve.
  • Misc: Likes to collect rocks, either to use as ammo for sling or just to look at.
• Name: Havon Septre @TwinStorm
  • Gender: Male
  • Description: 6'4", massive, muscular, shoulder length dark hair and beard
  • Motivation: a dragon killed his brother 
  • Preferred weapon (keep it medieval): hammer
  • Personality: dark, angry, cynical

• Name: Alfonce Fletcher @TheBestTruthwatcher
  • Gender: Male
  • Description: short brown hair, green eyes, 6’0, semi muscular 
  • Motivation: fame,  likes the adrenaline that comes with a fight, glory
  • Preferred weapon (keep it medieval): recurve bow
  • Personality: guliable, cocky, calm 
  • Misc: Alfonce was a hunter who wanted to become an archer in the army, but was instead chosen to be a dragon hunter. 
• Name: Thulm @Argenti
  • Gender: Female 
  • Description: Thulm is a tall, muscular women. She wears heavy leather armor and seems to boil with rage at all times.
  • Motivation: Drains killed her family, now whe kills dragon family 
  • Preferred weapon (keep it medieval): Two handed battle Axe
  • Personality: Thulm is rather... direct. Why take the long winding path when the short, bloody one works just fine? She's still boiling with rage at her family's dishonorable killing, and would love to die in single combat with a dragon. After having killed a few, that is.

  • Description: Tall and short, smart and dumb, a man of many questions, yet full of none.
  • Motivation: he wants to be rich yet poor

Dragons:

• Name: Vellelu the White @Spark of Hope
  • Age: 246 (24.6 in dragon years)
  • Wealth: Relatively large hoard of gold and various gems and stones 
  • Discription: White, opalesque scales. About the size of Cloudjumper HTTYD. One eye is purple, the other teal. Has wings  
  • Preferred weapon: Tail spines
  • Misc: Female. Juvenile for a dragon, but acts a lot tougher than she is. Has ice breath and lives in a cold mountain range den. 
• Name: Veneran the Fallen @TwinStorm
  • Age: 638
  • Wealth: very, very rich
  • Discription: shimmering gray scales, covered in scars, one eye out
  • Preferred weapon (Claws, teeth breath, etc.): green flames, claws, teeth, tail
  • Misc: famed for being slaughtering human dragon hunters, but hasn't slain any for several decades, and is losing fame rapidly.
• Name: Iaxt the Sunheart @Argenti
  • Age: 1002
  • Wealth: Truely copious amounts. Smaug type. 
  • Discription: Iaxt is a Greatwyrm, an ancient beast that has grown as large as a mountain. Iaxt scales are golden-white, and seem to thrum with sheer power and majesty. He has a mane like a lion, and fangs like a snake. To face him is to face the wrath of Sol. 
  • Preferred weapon (Claws, teeth breath, etc.): Iaxt often uses his breath weapon, a laser type attack that wrecks destruction on all it touches.
  • Misc: Iaxt is sleepy. All Wyrms, once they reach a thousand years old, are driven to burrow their way into earth and slumber; Iaxt knows this, and has been fighting it off for 2 years now. He wants one last glory in his name, before he slumbers away eternity.
• Name: Taurian @THE DEMON 
  • Age: 476 years
  • Wealth: Lots of gold, silver, copper, and livestock
  • Description: large, gray, male dragon, about 70ft (21.336 meters) tall. has the ability to shapeshifting/use illusions
  • Preferred weapon (Claws, teeth, breath, etc.): Varys between claws and teeth
  • Misc: He likes his livestock. He lives in the mountains near a few small towns. He loves toying with mortals
• Name: Elden @CoderDrag0n8
  • Age: ??? (He has a horrible sense of time)
  • Wealth: 1 gold (He might have more somewhere, but who knows?)
  • Description: A very very old dragon that has the worst sense of time, so he thinks he is around 20-30 years old. Probably more like 20-30 millenia. Has gained some elemental powers
  • Preferred weapon (Claws, teeth breath, etc.): Elemental Magic
  • Misc: (What am I supposed to put here?)

Good morning, dragons. I hope you will enjoy eating some poor adventurers

Revi stood atop the hill and looked over Iarith. The dragonslayers would arrive soon, and they would find Justin's daughter soon enough. Vellelu can't live forever. She's already growing powerful, and if something doesn't happen soon, I'll have to confront her directly myself. 

Then they spotted it, over at the other hill walking down the path toward the village. The dragonslayers had arrived.

it was strange, but felt normal, after eight years.

he walked into town, grumbling cheerily about the nice pillows he was exited for.

Thulm had been walking for three days to get here- three long, hard days. She was already angry enough when she left- family being dead and all, but two days ago it rained- and her gear is still soaked. She'll kill that white dragon, even if she has to throttle it to death herself.

You walk into the town and to the town center. While you are walking, people are peeking out of houses and shops; the tension and hope are palpable. As you approach the town center, where you agreed to meet your guide.
