Hmm... how does that work with mine and @Spark of Hope's nocturnal characters? Because I can't just be awake all night and day assuming it syncs.

Nocturnal characters have the opposite sleep cycles of diurnal characters. When diurnal characters wake up, nocturnal characters go to sleep and vice versa.

If we assume the time equates to IRL time then I would have to be up during the night, and I have stuff in the day and need to sleep at night.

2 days (ingame) would be 12 hour intervals with 6 hour days and nights whereas 4 days (ingame) would be 6 hour intervals with 3 hour days and nights
