Hazel eyes

Would hazel eyes be consider light eyes or dark eyes on Roshar

Depends on the shade of hazel, it can tip either way.  For comparison, he considers his own hazel to be on the Dark-eyed side of the line.

You can also have brown eyes that are considered light eyes. Or blue eyes considered dark eyes. 

As I understand it, it's not about the color specifically, but the shade of that color.
