Through the Living Wrath he/him Posted February 18, 2025 Posted February 18, 2025 Kaos, introduction/backstory Kaos looked down at the little food he had. Grimacing, he realized he would have to go to town again. Looking at his mother, he hesitantly opened his mouth to ask the question. Under her glare, though, he closes his mouth again. People didn’t like to see her ghost. And… sometimes… her ghost didn’t like to see people. His mother waved a hand, and his food drifted away from him. He sighed. Sometimes she seemed to just… know… what he was thinking. Suddenly, the trees rustled. He swirled, and his mother glided to his side. Out of the trees, a figure wearing a mask appeared. The figure had a careful air, their step trained. They looked up at Kaos, and a voice came from the figure. ”I am here to-“ The figure saw Kaos’ mother, then. Strangers couldn’t see her as well as he could, but they noticed her eventually. The masked figure looked between Kaos and his mother, confused. As they did this, Kaos’ mother spoke, her twisted voice echoing through the forest. ”I… know… you. The Sith, and order devoted to twisting my child away from my teachings.” At this, the figure stepped away hesitantly. The figure started to run, but found themselves trapped, unable to move. Kaos’ mother stepped towards the Sith. “You… will… not… take him.” With this, the Sith stiffened, and died. Quote Cool! This is Kaos intro ill get to Bastion in a bit

He was worried about the war on Mandalore, but at least the Sith had been suppressed. He wondered where Kazi was, after leaving the Order. He hoped she hadn't gotten in to any trouble. Diqua Visla walked through the streets of Jedha. A Mandalorian wouldn't be too out of place, so long as she was careful.

Quote This is fine, although he’d probably have called her Kazi’bah and she started being called Kazi after she left Kazi’bah Zimunea began landing. The crew was low on parts for their S-161 XL, and as their mechanic, it was her responsibility to get them. The ship’s landing gears began to rest on the ground. Jedha. She hadn’t been ecstatic that the parts they needed were here, but it was here or Coruscant. This was far better. Kazi walked out of the shuttle. The crew’s pilot, Jaxel Qyliar, had modified his ship to have a smaller shuttle that could be taken on independent missions. The shuttle is what she’d flown here. Fortunately, the Ardennian had made it possible to fly the shuttle with only two arms, unlike his modifications to the Pathfinder. Jedha bustled around her. She squeezed through the crowd, muttering “excuse me” in basic as she wove through gaps. She got a few dirty looks but nothing too serious. There were a couple looks that made her nervous, and when that happened she put her hand on the blaster on her belt. Seeing her weapon, the looks faded rapidly. Finally she arrived at the shop. Most of the parts here had been scrapped on Bracca, but were still usable and had been salvaged. And since the parts they needed were somewhat uncommon, Qyliar had been hoping that they would find what they needed here. She paused. She sensed a strong presence in the Force to the side of her. She glanced over and, sure enough, there was a Jedi in robes walking in her general direction. She closed her eyes and tried not to panic. There was a temple here, surely this Jedi was just on a walk. There was no way they could have known she was coming. A hand on her shoulder. She jumped, making eye contact with the Jedi. “Are you alright?” he asked. “Y-yeah. Fine. Not used to big cities.” He nodded. “Well, welcome to Jedha.” And that was it. He turned and kept walking. She let out a sigh of relief. She entered the part shop.
Through the Living Wrath he/him Posted February 18, 2025 Posted February 18, 2025 Bastion Of Chaos Bastion looked down at the sabers in his hands, noting irritably that his mask was dimming his vision. He may have to requisition a new one. Sighing, he closed his eyes, internalizing what he remembered of the room around him. Opening his lightsabers, he fell into a ready stance as the training droid across the room sprang to life. This one was modified to model the moves of a Jedi, and given a lightsaber to block his. Feeling for the Force, he sprang forwards, breathing evenly as he reached the droid, blocking a blow he both heard and felt, dodging back and falling forwards, fluidly moving between stances as he fought his unseen opponent. And then, he got past the enemy’s defenses. Opening his eyes, he looked to the droid on the ground, giving it a respectful nod. The Jedi that had been accompanying him nodded, then reclaimed his lightsaber from the droid. ”I don’t know if I’ll ever be on that level, Bastion.” Bastion have another, curt, nod. “Thank you for letting me practice.” Quote Gotta get my guys on Jedha somehow… I guess Kaos can be there already - just a more remote location.

Invested Flautist He/him Posted February 18, 2025 Author Posted February 18, 2025 Darth Iomo leaned against the wall, watching Kazi'bah. He hid his presence in the Jedi's, while suppressing his own presence as much as he could. He pushed off the wall, careful not to attract attention, and started to follow.

Argenti he/him Posted February 18, 2025 Posted February 18, 2025 Quote Remind me to write a proper intro.
Argenti he/him Posted February 18, 2025 Posted February 18, 2025 Fenir walks through the cold sand, running his blood-red hand across the ruins, feeling the weight of ages under his fingers. He feels beneath him the thrum of the force, in an amount he's only felt a few times before. A Vergence. He thinks. It was good, that he fled the Sith empire to come here. A place far away from the Sith, the dark side, and the waves of pain and nausea it brought to him every time he felt those innocents die. So many lives, lost for power. He places his hand on the sand, inhaling as he coaxes the dormant seeds beneath him into bloom, flowers releasing a heady scent; like Honeysuckle and Clover, so unlike the scent of blood. The soft petals fall off, drifting to the floor, violet fruits taking their place. He draws his sword, the same one that was forged by his father with sorcery and alchemy, the same blade that killed his mother, that very blade that once drew in the light like a starving man, but now... now glows a soft green-blue, the light side of the force flowing through its metal. He cuts loose a fruit and bites into it. It's tangy, sweet, and soft. He waves his blade, drawing the force in through the Once-Sith-Blade, and the tiny plant grows into a tree, its roots stretching through the sand. Finally, peace. He waits for them to come.
