ok so sleep, we al love it. But omg, my brain hates it. So I lucid dream , cool right? NO beacuse them your brain never fully shuts down and then you gets [redacted] sleep quality which makes you tired all the time. GRRRRR. And there’s chaos in my house bc my foster brother is being an asshole and making my parents mad which leads to yelling which leads to emotional pain for me which = less sleep. I swear im gonna drop dead .
