Schools really aren’t equipped to handle kids who are even remotely different from “normal” (read: boring) and it’s one of the long list of problems I have with public schools (I use public school as a blanket term for non-homeschooled, idk what type of school you're actually in)

like the whole thing surrounding mental health in asia is that it's feelings and can be ignored, up until it isn't

so i think she fully just thought i was being melodramatic and mopey, because i am a pessimist and a teenager, until i clarified that no, i've got a concrete (well as concrete as can be) problem
