We will be back. We will find him.

I know. I'm okay with postponing it to save the world, but I'm not happy about it.

Remember how this was classified on an alignment chart? On Pinterest I found something that explains alignment chart dynamics really well

Spoiler

Lawful good: I want to do the right thing, and following society's rule is the best way to do that

Neutral good: I want to do what's right, and I'm willing to break or bend the rules as long as no one gets hurt

Chaotic good: I'm willing to do whatever it takes as long as it's to do the right thing

Lawful neutral: Following the rules of society is the most important thing, and that matters more to me than doing what's right

True neutral: I just want myself and the people I care about to be happy

Chaotic neutral: I want my freedom, and I don't care what I have to do to keep it

Lawful evil: To impede the protagonists is my primary goal, but I follow my own code of morals even when it's inconvenient

Neutral evil: To impede the protagonists is my primary goal, and while I'll do whatever it takes to achieve it, I also won't go out of my way to do unnecessary damage

Chaotic evil: I relish in destruction and want to do as much damage as possible while I try to achieve my primary goal

Cool.

Madness is definitely True Chaos (chaotic neutral)

While Rage could be any of the Evils, depending on the Servant

Mirth could be any of the goods, depending on the Servant,

and Intellect is usually Lawful Neutral, but has become more and more Lawful Good. Although we may see a fun Lawful evil arc where the Servant is both of Rage and of Intellect. Not sure how I’d implement it, tho.

I know. I’m here for you.

Mirth-rage to me sounds interesting. Fear is an emotion, after all…

Cole smiles. “I think I really will stay up here forever, if that’s the case. I’ll get the stone first, though; the sky seems like a good place to experiment with it.”

"I'm sorry," she said again.

"We should probably still leave though . . . do you have everything you need?"

“Yeah.” She had her coat and the blanket, as well as the bag of supplies that contained the crossbow.

"That's good. I need to go grab a few things- would one of you go wake up . . . the other servent of Mirth? I don't remember his name."

She ran to her room and collected the few things she'd brought with her before heading back.

He jerked awake, hat falling off his face. He moved his boots off the table and stood. Then he replaced his hat on his head.

"All right," he said. "What are we doing and are we gonna get paid for it?"

Lol there's no one there

I can have Aela go get him though, or you can make him wander around for some reason

He discreetly pocketed a fine silver fork. "That's for saving your life," he muttered to nobody in particular.

Aela poked her head in.

"We're leaving," she said, then retreated back down the hallway she'd come from.

"Money?" He called after her, then sighed and followed.

"No. This is more important than that."

"You're only saying that because you can make rent," he grumbled.

Freedom grins. “Yes!”

I’ve actually considered that! Hehe

Like Berin eventually came to be called Wrath, I was thinking I might have a similar dual spirit person who had a similar name, and Fear came to mind.

A little concerned about his way of speaking, she wasn't quite sure what to make of everything wrong with that sentence.

Both Intellect and Mirth were laughing slightly.

Cole goes into another dive, getting close to the ground so he can actually find the town.

Interesting! Great minds think alike, although I’ve been told the second part of that phrase is “fools seldom differ”.

A person sees him. One who seems to have been waiting for him.

Hehehehehe

But Freedom is not like anyone.
