Posting Error

Hi everyone!
Having some trouble posting, I tried to reply to a post just before, and a popup appeared saying that I couldnt because it thought I was a bot.
*** Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***
I tried again, same result. I tried a third time and this came up
*** Forbidden. You sent forms too often. Please wait a few minutes. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***

I finally managed to make it work but I dont want this to occur again.
Can anyone help with this?
