She stood up to follow him, walking around him to take hold of his hand with her good one.

He smiled. They walked closer to the city center. “I think it’s somewhere around here…”

Emma looked around the city, then nodded her head to a place that looked as if it fit the description. "There?"

"Let's do out." Emma said, smiling.

He nodded. “Very well.” The waiter led them to a two seater outdoor table. “Zee menus.” He walked away as they sat down.

Meron raised his eyebrows a second. “Classy.”

“Yeah. My sister would hate it.”

I can reread once I get to my next class, but I think it was Gavin? And then Èmeric defended him I think but I’ll check

Edit: Emma was teasing Gavin and he slit her wrist with a sharddagger.

Alderic heard the scream and came to investigate, gave Gavin a stern talking to, and Emeric defended him

"Oh. We don't have to come back again, then."

"No, it's fine. I'm not letting a random french waiter ruin a cafe for me."

He smiled. "Alright then."

He looked down at the menu. "Looks like regular stuff. Cakes, pies, sandwiches, tea, coffee... The heck is a panini?"
