I got rid of most of the other bodyguard npc's because we ended up having more then enough players. Calum got to stay because he's important to Alvar's backstory.

Alvar tries to determine how loyal the bandits are to Jerehlu, trying to be either in the same group as him or in the second group, depending upon how well holding him hostage might work.

Jerehlu will be going with the second group that plans on coming from behind. The bandits seem fairly loyal, and if not loyal then content enough with his decisions. Most of them seem to be glad someone else is in charge and making the tough calls. There isn't any outright dislike of him.
