Moments of the Wind being weird

In this Reddit post this person made a list of times when the wind behaves strangely or is mentioned in a special way throughout the books. In my opinion, the most notable ones are chapter 43 of WoK, chapter 52 of WoR and especially chapter 6 of Oathbringer.
