The fact that Remembrance of Earth's Past Trilogy is good in very different ways from PHM (it happens over centuries, and there's an 18 million year timeskip towards the end...)

The fact that both happen to be good Sci-Fi, regardless (both (well i dunno abt ROEP but i assume) are all scientifically possible with little to no improbable or blantantly impossible things)
