A young redheaded boy walks up to him. "It'll be okay," He whispered. "You'll do great."

The boy looked up at Aaron sadly. He seemed to be around twelve. "Why?" he asked softly. He had a sad expression on his face.

The boy looked up at Aaron. "I'm sorry..." he said, giving Aaron a short, soft hug. "I hope you do well." He smiles sadly.

The boy nods. He takes Aaron's hand, leading him up to the platform where the lady is. He gives it a soft squeeze, whispering a last "Good luck," before walking away, turning back to give one final sad smile, then disappearing into the crowd.

Aaron watches him go. I’m not a killer, right? He looked down at his arms, a dark tan and well muscled. I’m not…but maybe I could be?

Tough Bob gasped, looking at Rich Bob. Chosen. He was still running up and down that tree, thinking that he was a squirrel. So innocent. So unknowing, so undeserving of his fate.

Sunny Bob felt so sorry for the two of them. They had, along with Sunny Bob and Scary Bob, gone over to the town square when required, but Rich Bob still was being a squirrel. They’d tell him when the time came. Probably.
