Sunny Bob went to the Bob’s Barn, petting Bob the Sheep on the head as he went in. Scary Bob was there, practicing a kata with a spear while also using his powers as a Nex-im, a Husked One, a Fused with access to the Surge of Transportation. He had practiced more and more since Smart Bob had died, worried he’d be pulled into the games. That wasn’t a risk now, his parents weren’t from the capital. Actually, Sunny Bob didn’t think he had ever met Scary Bob’s parents. And it seemed like, though he looked young, Sunny Bob was old. Really old. So there was never any danger of him being chosen, anyway.

In the back, Rich Bob was having one of his fits while Tough Bob watched, concerned. He was a squirrel today, it seemed, running up and down a tree.

Kaa sat down in the steps of one of the victor homes. No victor. I shouldn’t have over looked that. He decided he would wait for the others to wander back, then they would commence the plan with whoever was there. Kaa looked over the city from the hill. He began finding key buildings.

After a few moments, Sunny Bob is chosen to see who this newcomer is. He opens the door a crack and peers outside. "Hello?" he asks.

A person walks off the train, followed by at least 50 peacekeepers. She makes her way to town square, where a bowl full of names is set up. 

YOU HAVE FIVE MINUTES TO MAKE IT TO TOWN SQUARE.
