Help my ADHD Brain Please & Thank you

It's been a minute since I posted a photo inside a spoiler tag (with I have definitely done before) and now I've blanked completely on how to do it, and am failing at searching for the solution. Please help.

When you go to create a post or reply, you'll see that it opens up a text box with a bunch of tools across the front.

The eyeball is the spoiler tool.

Just click on it, and it will automagically create a spoiler box for you to type in, like this.

For text, I know I can type it inside the spoiler field after clicking the eyeball. I had wanted to post a picture inside the spoiler field, and I had thought that all I needed to do was open the tag and upload a picture and it would put it inside, but it doesn't work. Clearly I've forgotten a step or two along the way?

I followed what you said Johnny and it worked? 

1. Click eyeball

2. Upload image down at the bottom

3. Select the inside of the spoiler box

4. Press the + down at the bottom to insert image.

THANK YOU! It was just that I didn't remember needing to hit the + in the corner once I'd uploaded it. I was sure that it was something simple like that, but I was missing it completely. Seriously, thank you.
