Not sure if it's possible but on the wiki is there a way to have it show who is logged in and what section they are in. That way we don't duplicate work or work on the same section at the same time?

I'd imagine there is but it would probably kill the server in no seconds flat if enabled.

Just check the recent changes to see what other people have done and when. Before you create an article you can do a search to see if anyone else has already created it.

If two people edit the same page you'll get an edit conflict but I'd imagine you're pretty safe  given that there aren't that many of us.

Be Bold. Make changes. Edit to your heart's content. Everything is easily fixable/moveable/deletable.

If there's a way to do it, I'm not familiar with it. (Though that's not surprising, due to my general unfamiliarity with wikis :P)
