Noticed that Leigh Bardugo’s grishaverse has several names and characters similar to cosmere characters/places. This includes jesper’s similarities to wayne, fjordell and fjierda, and the term bondsmith, would love to hear others thoughts on how this might have came about

Jesper and Wayne just fulfill the same role in their stories, being comedic characters in rather serious settings. The Fjordell-Fjorden connection is probably from the word "Fjord", which is very commonly associated with the nordic Aesthetic, which both nations clearly draw on. I'm pretty sure Bondsmith does not appear in the Grishaverse, the closest thing you might be thinking of is Morozova the Bonesmith, who, while also very powerful, is completely different from the Bondsmiths we know and love.

Edit: Honer I told the mods to move it from the 17th shard discussion, as that is for specific site-related stuff, like bugs or new policies.
