I wanted to ask a question, if I do a survey to collect information, can I see the users who have voted or are they anonymous?

Like a poll on the forums, you mean?

If you do mean a forums poll, you are able to turn that setting off and on, so either everyone will be able to see who voted for what, or no one will.
