Honor Shard

Do we know what happened to Honor's shard? If he was killed should the shard be left behind? If I recall though it has been some time since I read The Final Empire, were Ruin and Preservation's shard left behind which allowed Saz to take hold of them?

Sorry if this question has been asked, it just popped in my head.

He was killed, but the shard was splintered. This prevents anyone from being able to pick it up in its current form.

Now that you mention it, I must have forgot that the shard was splintered! Thanks!
