I remember it being mentioned that thugs have slight accelerated healing (no where close to gold feruchemists) when burning pewter, would a thug be able to eventually heal from a shardblade wound by burning pewter?

I don't think so. Shardblade wounds seem to require a large influx of investiture to heal, with Kaladin's wound not beginning to heal until he forced Stormlight into it. Pewter would never reach the threshold to heal the wound, and I don't think it works the same way as F-gold or Stormlight anyways.

not 100% positive, but I'm Pretty sure pewter is pure physical healing too - the enhanced healing comes from general enhancements to physical condition.  Shardblade wounds are definitely more than just physical, so I'm not sure pewter would even have the ability to affect them

yeah, the way I saw it, pewter healing is just enhanced metabolism, so rather than using Spiritual qualities as a template to heal towards, it just makes the body work harder at what it's already doing.
