Endowment's investiture seems to be the best at sticking with people and objects that we've seen so far. So if someone make a Hemalurgic spike from a Nalthian, would it decay slower than normal?

You mean whether the Investiture in the spike decays slower? Good question. On one hand, the Investiture of Endowment is pretty freely given. Then again, Hemalurgy is very much Ruin's magic, and Ruin's whole deal is destruction and decay. Plus, I think that property of Endowments investiture is based on/connected to it being freely given, whether by Endowment or a BioChroma user. And Hemalurgic charges are usually not freely given :D

purely speculation, but I think if you were able to specifically spike a Breath out of a person, that that might decay slower - though it seems like it should also be harder to do, since breaths are stickier.  but I think just a generic spike for like strength or speed or some such would decay at the normal rate.

Even if the investiture making up that attribute is made of Endowment's Investiture?

Dont think it would matter from who is Spike. Hemalurgy uses Ruins own Investiture to rip off stuff, store and place. So I would tell that no matter what is stored in Spike and from, it would decay the same, because is already converted into Ruins system.
