Art/book question [need artist good at drawing people]

so I am writing a book with a friend of mine and I am writing a hilarious scene where two blond haired twins are running from a group of fellow students screaming. I would like someone to make a picture of this for me. here are some more details. they are wearing swords and shields, they have grey uniforms with a red trim and one has teal eyes the other baby blue ones. they are also carrying a red flag together. they are being chased by five people holding swords. the people chasing them dont have to be detailed. 

I would love if someone could draw this for me, it would be hilarious. If someone would like to do this I would be thankful.

Male or female twins? What are their expressions? Black and white or coloured? And  what would you consider a reasonable price point for the piece?

Correct, although knowing their race is probably also a good idea.

oh, as I have said in a status update occasionally I am the dumbest person on the planet, but probably colored.
