Menacekop pointed out that the essence of nalan sort of goes along with the magics of nalthis. We know from the szeth point of view that nalan is in possession of nightblood. Awesomeness Summoned Posted March 6, 2014 Report Share Posted March 6, 2014 I agree with Marianmi, it is far more likely that Zaher (Vasher) brought the sword to Roshar and Nalan took it from him at some point. @Pattern: He directly states that he revived Szeth using a fabrial (likely some form of regrowth) so having breath is unnecessary.
