He walked up to the podium.
How did I get here?
He looked at the cheering crowd.
They are all looking at me.
He reaches the podium.
They’re all laughing at me.
They quiet down.
They expect me to fail
Silence.
This is hell

He didn’t try to do it.
He was just there.
Anyone else would do the same.
Right?
Anxious remembered how it happened.
There was a burning building
“HELP! HELP! WE’RE BURNING IN HERE!”
He ran to help
But he paused at the door.
Will this kill me? Should I just leave?
But despite himself,
He ran in.
He pushed through the fire,
Saving people, clearing the way.
He almost died.
He often looked out the window.
I hope she likes me after this…
He was on a first date, and it wasn’t going well
Tela was standing out there, watching him
Anxious just now remembering it.
