Standing opposite from Kaladin in Szeth! In his standard white uniform, brandishing his slick chull Honorblade. Maybe standing around a pile of corpses he just merc'd....

Yeah. Something like that would be cool. I could almost picture it. XD

I always pictured smokestance more of a rapier type stance because of the "tip of the blade pointing to the heart" line.

I think he was broken long before this event took place, and if he was going to bond a spren, it would have happened. There are ALOT of people who seem to know what's going on.. Ghostbloods, Hoid (the entire 17th shard of course), Vashar (Zahel), Taravangian(sort of)..

while szeth was carrying the honorblade he was as syl called him an "abomination" I dont think any spren would have wanted him with the honorblade. But since he doesnt have one any more maybe a spren might join him.

because you dont bond a shardplate the spren inside isnot revived so there wont be screaming from the plate only the weapon.

at least that is how I read it.
