I may be wrong but I think shallan has spoken two truths, she spoke the second one "I hate you" to pattern at the end. He replied "I know, you will kill me and have your revenge." Or does that not count, because even though it sounds like a deep personal truth nothing happens when she says it.
I believe her second truth was that she was the one who killed her mother and her father took the blame.
