    Sorry for the confusion, I must not have communicated well. After each and every stop the tour archivists will send the cards to me. I will then take the cards, put them in the page protectors and add the decorative elements and make them pretty. I will then send the completed pages to a Tour Archivist further down the line for them to give to Brandon. If your stop is near the end of the tour, you will still send the cards to me and I will incorporate them into pages and I will send them directly to Brandon when the tour is over. I am sure Dragonsteel has PO Box for fan letters and gifts. I plan to take pictures of the album and page protectors before I send them out so everyone can see the pages. Does that make sense?

    Teccam, At the last signing I had him sign my Kindle and other books not bought at the bookstore. I did however buy an unrelated book (different author) from the store as a way of thanking the store for hosting Brandon. I would have bought a Brandon book but I owned them all!

    Hey WindingMinds!!!! So glad you are joining us here. I was going to email you today to ask whether sending the cards back would be a problem. I will be sending your cards out priority mail today. I am so excited!!!!

    Just send the cards to me from the signing. They may not make it in the initial gifting but they would be in the next batch of pages he gets.

    Hey Everyone! I have been thinking bout the album alot this weekend. What do you think about having all the completed cards sent to me no matter where the signing is and I compile and complete the pages. I would send pages to the tour archivists each week so that Brandon gets more and more of the album. This way there is absolutely no work on his part. What do you think?

    Yes, I have someone for the Philadelphia signing and she is printing the cards up herself. I am sure she will relish having someone to help her distribute them though. I will ask her if I can give you her email address and then maybe you guys can coordinate?

    I am okay with looking like a weirdo groupie though. I will make a t-shirt or maybe hang a sign around my neck! The recorder I bought looks like a flash drive so it should be interesting. Did you let everyone know they were being recorded? Did you stop and start the recording depending on the fan? I need your wisdom Shardlet!

    I can't wait to meet you! I will probably be right at the signing table since I am going to record the questions. Make sure to hit me up for a card to sign.

    Okay for the signings at Provo and San Diego, I am having the archivists have people fill out the cards and then send them back to me. That way I can assemble pages so that Brandon can see what we are doing. I will also be printing photos to add to the pages. I don't have anyone doing Huntington Beach at this point. Both San Fran events are covered but they can't get them back to me in time for inclusion when I hand it to Brandon so they are going to distribute the cards to fans and have them hand them directly to Brandon. Portland is not covered at this time but I have a lead on it so I am not stressing it yet. For Seattle, I will have fans fill out the cards and I will incorporate them on site before giving them to Brandon. Pictures will have to be added later by Brandon from this stop. I do not know if Brandon will be taking the album with him on his tour, I highly doubt it. For all the other stops, cards will be distributed to fans for them to just hand to Brandon. I will be collecting pictures of the tour stops and printing them. At the end I will send Argent the pictures for him to give to Brandon for him to incorporate into the book. If by some chance Brandon decides to lug around the album, it would be nice for the archivists to put the cards in the book for Brandon and I will drop ship pictures to the archivists at various stops on the tour for them to just slip into the album. I will talk to Brandon about it when I give him the album and give everyone further instruction at that time.

    Yeah since you are the last stop of the tour I may end up sending you a lot more like completed pages with all the photos and extra page protectors. Other items are welcome in the book, I just don't have the time to do it myself. I am spending most of my free time printing cards, creating the decorative elements for the book, soliciting participation through social media and making little gifts for my helpers. I am worried about the release event, Huntington Beach, the other SF stop and Portland as I don't have anyone covering those events and they are next week!!!! It just registered the book release is a week away!!!! So DARN EXCITED!!!!

    Ideally, I will mail about 100 - 200 cards to you guys and you would distribute to the fans, have them fill them out and USPS priority ship them back to me for inclusion in the scrapbook. They will fit in the small flat rate box which is about 5.50 to ship and will get to me in time if they were dropped in the mail on the 4th/5th. If the shipping is cost prohibitive I will cover it and provide a label. I would also love if there were photos of the event uploaded somewhere that I could print and include in the album too. The reason the cards are being collected and sent back is so that the work is done for Brandon and he doesn't need to spend valuable writing time putting cards in the album.

    Hi! I am doing a scrapbook documenting this tour as a gift for Brandon. I am looking for people to distribute cards to fans and collect them back and send them to me.     That is great to hear Argent. It is actually quite inexpensive. If you send me your address, I will send the cards to you and you can distribute them. There is really no cost unless you want to help me with supply cost. I would appreciate it but it is not necessary.

    Mysty that would be great. I really, really don't want to drive down to Portland to cover that event and then drive back to Seattle for the noon signing. My husband is already suspicious that I am going to leave him for Brandon and this would probably be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

    No i won't be able to attend as I live in Washington. That is why I am looking for someone to hand them out at the event.

    Is there anyone attending the WOR Release Event willing to hand out the tour scrapbook cards? I can provide the cards and need someone to distribute them and collect the filled ones and return them to me. No cost to you except your time and willingness to talk to other fans.     I am still looking for people to distribute cards at many of the signings. We currently have Seattle, San Diego and Houston covered. There is no cost to you and you don't have to stay for the whole signing. Just distribute the cards to fans and explain what we are doing and that is it.
