Bro im gonna crash out.

okay so on my 504 i am allowed to have earbuds to cancel noise in. Then one day im stimming plus the song playing from the open speaker was one i knew so i was softly singing to it. And the freaking teachers like yeah no thats a distracrtion. First of all i wasnt “jamming out” i was stimming. Aka rocking my head a bit and bouncing my leg. And now im not allowed to have my headphones in unless i power my phone all the way down infront of my teacher and put it in the phone pouches. 

Yeah no? Most of the time i keep it in my sisters car. Or in my backpack, and im not shutting it down. Theres important info on that! Yes i would like to be informed that my brother coulod get hurt? I need to know that im gonna be picked up early so i dont have a panick attack, apologies.

the only thing taking them away is gonna do is make me stim more cause im more anxious and stressed. And if stimming is causing “distractions” it doesnt make sense to take away the dampener
